If you believe you can, then you can. We can change our lives by altering our attitude of mind.  For being an effective volunteer, having a positive attitude is essential.
  Your attitude is a choice. What comes first, the attitude or the circumstances? No matter what happened to you yesterday, your attitude is your choice today.
  Your attitude determines your actions. Don't let the small stuff get in the way of your production. A winner's edge is not talent or IQ, its all in the attitude.
  To improve your attitude, feed yourself the right food, like a regular diet of motivational material. Alex Haley used to keep a picture in his office of a turtle on a fence post to remind him that everyone needs the help of others.
