In Loving Memory

HAROLD OLIVER WOLIN, 88


  Harold was born in San Diego, California, on October 21, 1920. He passed away July 25, 2009.
  Harold graduated from Grossmont High School in 1938, Married Nancy Lucas on May 25, 1943 and served in the Army Air Corps during WWII working at the Naval Air Station on North Island.
  Harold bought El Cajon Cement Pipe and Tile from his father in 1948 and ran the business for more than 50 years installing septic systems in the East County. He married Ruth Topper on May 29, 1978. He was a long time member of American Legion post 303 in El Cajon and performed the functions of every officer. He was also a Life Member (151) of the Lakeside Historical Society.
  Harold is survived by: 6 children, 13 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great granddaughter.
A Military memorial took place at Ft. Rosecrans on August 17th.
